About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 CE Senior Functional Consultant to join our team at Experis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design and Implementation
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
    • Design and configure D365 CE solutions that align with business objectives.
    • Customize D365 CE to meet the specific needs of our clients, including workflows, entities, and integrations.
    • Ensure that the solution design is scalable, maintainable, and adheres to industry best practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for D365 CE-related matters.
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture business requirements and provide expert advice on D365 CE capabilities.
    • Train and support end-users to ensure they can effectively use the D365 CE solution.
  • Project Management
    • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
    • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
    • Assist in managing change requests and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Lead the technical aspects of D365 CE implementations, including data migration, integration with other systems, and performance optimization.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to D365 CE.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Compliance and Security
    • Ensure that all solutions comply with our clients' security and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain a high level of data integrity and security within the D365 CE platform.
    • Adhere to our clients' policies and procedures, including those related to security clearance.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience
    • Proven experience as a D365 CE Functional Consultant, with a strong track record of successful implementations.
    • Extensive experience in customizing and configuring D365 CE to meet business requirements.
    • Strong understanding of the D365 CE platform, including entities, workflows, plugins, and integrations.
    • Experience working in a government or highly regulated environment is a plus.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
    • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
  • Certifications
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-210) are highly desirable.
  • Security Clearance
    • Must hold a current Baseline Security Clearance.
