We are seeking a highly skilled D365 CE Functional Consultant to join our team at REO Group. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients to maximize their D365 CE and PowerApps capability.
About the Role
In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), CRM, and Power Apps solutions, providing essential guidance and support to clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting and facilitating presales activities to identify and address client requirements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic recommendations to optimize D365 CE / Power Apps for driving business outcomes
- Leading consulting engagements from inception to post-deployment support, ensuring successful project delivery
Requirements
We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field experience, coupled with extensive hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE / Power Apps, covering configuration, customization, and integration. A robust understanding of the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem, including Power Platform, SharePoint, and Microsoft Azure, is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, are integral to thriving in this collaborative team environment.
