About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our team at OTR. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency and business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement D365 Solutions: Configure modules, gather and document client requirements, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal clients to optimize workflows and provide training and support to end-users.
  • Implement and Customize D365 F&O Solutions: Assist in the implementation and customization of D365 F&O solutions, including configuring modules and gathering and documenting client requirements.
  • Participate in Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the successful implementation of D365 solutions.
  • Develop and Maintain Comprehensive Project Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical documentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 Year of Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a functional consultant, preferably in the finance and operations industry.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certifications or training preferred.
  • Experience in D365 Modules: Experience in the following modules: Finance (GL, AP, AR, etc.), System Administration (Role Access Management, Batch Job Management, LCS Monitoring, etc.), Retail & Commerce, Supply Chain Management and Product Management, Data Management Framework (DMF) and Integrations.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven Ability to Work Effectively: Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, taking direction from senior consultants.
  • Demonstrated Willingness to Learn: Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
