We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Consultant to join our team at BDO. As a Senior Business Consultant, you will play a key role in assisting clients transition to modern technologies to improve their business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in implementing digital transformation strategies to improve business operations.
- Provide expert advice on digital strategy and transformation enabled by Microsoft technologies.
- Support the development of compelling, unique, and innovative value propositions and solutions by leveraging Microsoft technologies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to leverage the breadth of the firm's expertise and innovation.
- Lead client engagements and act as a key contact with senior stakeholders.
- Drive self-growth by initiating own development and help to enhance the capability of the team.
Requirements:
- Experience in one of or more programs of the Microsoft product stack, particularly as a functional consultant or architect.
- Relevant career experience managing and implementing projects in one or more of the following programs: D365 (Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM), Azure, PowerApps, Power BI, and / or SQL, and supporting languages such as Python.
- Desire and willingness to develop technical skills.
- Highly developed interpersonal and networking skills and exceptional stakeholder management.
- Strong, structured problem-solving skills and client service team leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrated capability in developing team members both in work quality and in role modelling firm values in behaviour day to day.
