Job Title: Director of Human Resources

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results and support the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives
  • Lead and manage the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
