Job Description

This role involves working as a senior member or coordinator of a project/program support team. Responsibilities include business systems requirements assessment, evaluation, analysis, elicitation, interpretation, planning, design, development, documentation testing, validation, implementation, and maintenance of an assigned area/subsystem.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to suggest business and system-wide process improvements that fulfill customer's business system requirements. Additionally, they will be able to negotiate with customers on requirements that are not feasible or cost-effective and recommend alternate approaches.

The successful candidate will work closely with key project stakeholders and business people to formulate and communicate business requirements for the project. They will also elicit and interpret requirements from customers and other DoD departments, military services, and Government agencies as needed.
