Land Acquisition Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring land and lots in the Cleveland, OH area. This includes conducting market analysis, identifying potential sites, and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Identification: Search for and evaluate potential land and lot opportunities.

Requirements:
