Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Program Manager

A unique opportunity has arisen to lead a team of technical professionals in delivering civil infrastructure capital works programs. This role requires strong strategic leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the development, planning, project management, surveying, designing and delivery of Council's civil infrastructure capital works program in accordance with planning legislation, accepted industry standards and client requirements.
  • Develop major projects with clients and their external customers and stakeholders to various site, planning and financial constraints.
  • Lead, supervise, mentor and coach a team of approximately 25 staff across three teams within the Civil Projects Unit.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in Program Delivery, Engineering, Construction, Survey, Design or a related field.
  • Proven employee leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.
