About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced logistics professional to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all logistics activities within the business. This will involve working closely with 3PL partners across various locations, including US, AU, CAN, UK, and NZ, to ensure targets are met and inventory accuracies are maintained.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in international logistics, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong stakeholder management abilities. They will be able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring vendor performance, resolving issues related to service quality, delivery timelines, or cost management, and optimizing lanes, rates, and efficiencies with freight partners. You will also work closely with sales teams and local fulfillment employees to drive a best-in-class customer experience.
