The Opportunity

We seek a highly skilled Product Support Engineer with 3-7 years of relevant industry experience who is passionate about technology and innovation. This position is part of a growing engineering team, offering opportunities for building new organizational capability.

This role will require you to apply problem-solving skills to respond to stakeholder needs, determine design updates with associated certification as required, plan implementations, and continuously improve our products to serve a growing market.

You will be responsible for timely, high-quality delivery against challenging project targets. Skills, Experience, and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree (or higher) in any relevant engineering discipline, particularly interested in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering specialities.
  • 3-7 years of relevant aerospace or mechanical engineering industry experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting tests and reviews of physical products.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical content generation and associated training to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles with the ability to advocate for the customer with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with 3D design software and simulation tools such as Siemens NX and Advanced Sim would be highly rated.
  • Experience in Product Lifecycle Management software, preferably Siemens Teamcenter.
  • The energy, intelligence, and initiative to proactively overcome industries' toughest challenges.
  • Experience collaborating with design engineers and other stakeholders to address non-compliance issues and develop effective solutions.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
