About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Capital Transactions Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with the CIO and Head of Transactions on acquisitions, divestments, capital structuring, and deal execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and other industry professionals
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on capital transactions and investments
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of capital markets, investments, and financial instruments
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and statistical software
