Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Capital Markets Expert to join our team. As an Analyst in the Department of Capital Markets, you will play a pivotal role in delivering timely and accurate market insights, analysis, and recommendations to clients.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating daily/weekly/ad-hoc market updates, encompassing analysis of market conditions and trends.
  • You will provide support for executing debt instruments across various markets, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
  • A key responsibility will be to assist in producing technical content, including ratings, capital, balance sheet, and liability management advisory for clients.
  • You will also support income, pipeline, and data reporting, as well as the preparation of Information Memorandums.
Risk Management Strategy:
  • The selected candidate must adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal Compliance requirements, including training and certification.
  • Maintenance of knowledge to ensure full qualification to undertake the role is essential.
Communication Skills:
  • Collaboration with internal contacts, including Syndicate / MTN, DCM teams, and Internal Partners Coverage is crucial.
  • Interaction with external contacts, such as major FIs and Corporates, rating agencies, regulators, and legal firms is also expected.
