Job Opportunity

As a Corporate and Capital Markets Specialist, you will have the chance to work on high-profile transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and strategic advisory matters for blue-chip clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with due diligence, negotiations, and deal structuring for top-tier clients.
  • Provide expert advice on corporate governance, regulatory issues, and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with a respected partner to expand your experience in capital markets, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate insolvency and reconstructions, and more.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in regulated M&A and/or ECM from a recognised corporate team or firm.
  • Previous capital markets experience is essential for this role.
  • Australian Legal Qualification & Admission.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
