This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a major infrastructure project. As a Technical Services Contracts Advisor, you will play a vital part in supporting contract management and administration activities for non-construction professional services contracts.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the administration of key non-project contracts, regular meetings, developing and maintaining contract admin and performance data.
  • Reviewing invoicing and validating invoices with technical teams.
  • Monitoring and paying suppliers according to agreed payment terms.
  • Assisting the procurement team in preparing contract documents and managing procurement processes.
  • Maintaining contracts records and documentation for the System Engineering & Assurance team.
  • Providing contract progress reporting, dashboards and status updates as required.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Contract administration experience, particularly within professional and technical services.
  • Coordination experience in the execution phase of contracts, governance of invoice approvals in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Conceptual, analytical problem solving and business improvement skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing reporting frameworks and tools for contract administration.
  • High-level experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI or similar tools desirable.
  • Certification in Qld Gov Procurement & Contract Mgmt and/or relevant tertiary qualifications desirable but not essential.
