Permanent Claims Management Professional

As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for assessing claims, conducting functional telephone interviews, and developing outcome-focused case management plans to assist members return to work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess claims by reviewing contractual, medical, functional and occupational information.
- Conduct functional telephone interviews to obtain information to ensure complete understanding of the illness/injury and absence from work and types of support required to assist with return-to-work planning.
- Develop and maintain outcome-focused case management plans to assist members return to work.
About You:
You have strong communication skills, a tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in an Allied health / Customer Service role, and a high level of critical thinking and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
