**Claims Management Role Overview**
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a Claims Management Officer position. This role will involve managing claims, ensuring our members have a positive experience in their time of need.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a desire to help others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to build meaningful relationships with colleagues, demonstrate strong time management and problem-solving skills, and have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
**Job Description**
As a Claims Management Officer, you will be empowered to proactively manage claims, working in a collaborative team environment. You will lodge claims, ensure our members have a positive experience, and manage existing claims through to settlement.
