**Claims Management Role Overview**

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a Claims Management Officer position. This role will involve managing claims, ensuring our members have a positive experience in their time of need.

**Job Description**

As a Claims Management Officer, you will be empowered to proactively manage claims, working in a collaborative team environment. You will lodge claims, ensure our members have a positive experience, and manage existing claims through to settlement.
