Job Title

We are seeking an experienced claims professional to join our team as a Claims Consultant. The role involves determining and managing statutory workers' compensation claims in a timely and effective manner.

  • Provide high-quality claims management services to scheme members, including investigating and processing claims, communicating with clients, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Manage statutory claims from determination to finalisation, applying technical expertise on complex claims, and making informed decisions to resolve issues.
  • Respond to all clients' needs in a timely manner, meeting customer service standards, and maintaining a positive reputation for the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, using computer software to track claim progress and identify trends.
  • Evaluate and implement new procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve goals.
