Chief Solutions Officer Role Summary

As a key member of the PMX team, the Chief Solutions Officer will lead a team of product specialists to create market-leading solutions for clients and agencies, combining scale and capabilities to drive growth and innovation.

PMX is the central investment practice for Publicis Media, accountable for the smart application of investment by leveraging scale, marketplace innovation, deeper partnerships and intelligence. We are client-centric and operate on the fundamentals of trust, transformation & talent.

We are a passionate team focused on delivering growth for Publicis Groupe by educating and driving adoption of Publicis Groupe solutions, including Precision, APEX, Partnerships, and Value Management. The Chief Solutions Officer will partner with the PMX CEO to set the future direction of the PMX value proposition and its products across Australia & New Zealand.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience working in agency/client or media business with proven expertise in building partnership and product solutions. They will be a strategic storyteller, able to identify and quantify metrics, and work with research partners to link partnership solutions to media, brand and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion the product team (Apex, Lift, Sports & Entertainment, Programmatic)
  • Connect with senior media agency partners to collaborate on connected solutions
  • Play a key connector across all of our businesses in the Publicis Groupe to unlock opportunities for our clients and agencies
  • Solutions Packaging: Create and mobilise Groupe product knowledge and credentials
  • Oversee PMX Business Units to continually enhance and refine solutions, inputs, packaging and narrative
  • Project and Commercial Delivery: Work with PMX and Publicis teams to execute best-in-class case studies
