Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business goals, leading engineering teams and managing budgets.
  • Platform & Infrastructure: Ensure robust, secure, and compliant platform architecture, optimizing performance through advanced technologies and strategic vendor partnerships.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of ~35 engineers, fostering collaboration and high performance, providing mentorship and career development.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Finance teams to align technology with business needs, engaging with clients on strategic outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends, championing innovation and ongoing platform enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 10+ years in senior technology leadership, ideally in FinTech or a SaaS Product business.
  • Strong expertise in cloud computing, software architecture, AI, and cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record in leading high-performing teams and delivering strategic technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Work Environment:

Based in Sydney, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office, flexible WFH). Occasional full-week office presence may be required during peak periods as the CTO.
