Job Title

The Residential Tenancy Support Officer position is responsible for providing administrative and engagement support to residents and their supports in the North-West division.

The role involves engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate resident accounts, home visits, and general enquiries are managed promptly and efficiently.

This position manages general enquiries, prepares documentation for tenancies, monitors and follows up rent payments, and resolves revenue issues.

It also supports the team in preparing and processing notices under the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining effective working relationships with staff at all levels to meet resident needs
  • Ensuring SDA tenancy data integrity and capturing frequent resident moves in HiiP and other relevant systems
  • Assisting direct line managers and colleagues with administrative tasks related to SDA residency and Service agreements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or similar software applications
