Positive Behaviour Strategist

This is an opportunity for a professional to provide exceptional support to individuals with disabilities, focusing on positive behavior strategies and interventions.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, including observations and data collection.
- Develop and implement personalized behavior support plans in collaboration with clients, carers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Provide tailored training and guidance on intervention strategies to ensure effective outcomes.
- Relevant qualifications in Allied Health or Behavioral Science, along with experience in delivering Positive Behavior Support.
- Board-certified Behavior Analyst or equivalent experience in related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in working with complex needs and challenging behaviors.
- Current certifications and clearances, as well as excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Quality and Safeguard Commission.
