Our specialist Positive Behaviour Support team provides therapy services to the community, schools and various departments. As an NDIS registered service, we offer PBS Early Intervention services under participant plans.

We deliver Positive Behaviour Support throughout Perth metro and regional areas in Western Australia, with offices in Osborne Park and Canning Vale.

This role will be based in Canning Vale, offering opportunities to support remote clients via DIDO/FIFO arrangements subject to suitability and availability.

Travel is required once a month for 5-10 days, dependent on caseload.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
  • A relevant qualification in Allied Health or Behavioural Science, or Board certified Behaviour Analyst with over 2 years experience in delivering PBS.
  • Demonstrated experience working with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
  • Working with Children's card, National police clearance and current driving license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
  • Complete indirect and direct assessments, including observations and data collection, and collate data for behaviour support plans and functional behavioural assessment.
  • Support participants with disability, their carers, family and significant others, providing training and support in interventions and strategies outlined in behaviour support plans.
  • Support participants to meet person-centred goals.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team and lead teams and support other core practitioners.
