Job Title: Positive Behaviour Support Professional

As a Positive Behaviour Support practitioner, you will experience supportive supervision to help you thrive in your role. You will have the opportunity to extend your knowledge about restrictive practice, increase your plan writing skills and learn proactive strategies to improve quality of life for individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and design therapy plans in diverse settings, including homes, day centers and community locations
  • Build relationships with individuals and witness the lasting impact of your work
  • Celebrate milestones with individuals and their families, understanding that every step forward is a victory worth cherishing

  • Better Flex Policy: Flexible hours and option to flex off after client work
  • Clear KPIs: Realistic, achievable and sustainable monthly targets
  • Paid Parental Leave: 8 weeks primary carer and 2 weeks secondary carer
  • Travel Reimbursement: Work-related travel paid monthly at 92c per KM
About You:

We're looking for qualified PBS Clinicians who strive for improvement, are passionate about individual care, and treat individual goals as mission-driven. You should be willing to challenge ideas when individual interests are at stake.

  • PBS registration
  • Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal for this space
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Minimum of 4+ years of Behaviour Support experience
