Our objective is to assist clients in addressing behavioural challenges, achieving their goals, and realising their potential. Our initiatives aim to enhance the capacity and confidence of support systems in providing effective support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and develop Positive Behaviour Support Plans
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to staff members
  • Contribute to research efforts to build the evidence base for our plans

The ideal candidate will have a PhD/Doctorate (desired) and experience with the NDIS, Positive Behaviour Support or similar services within the disability, education, or justice sectors.
