Job Opportunity: Leadership Role in Positive Behaviour Support

We are seeking a seasoned clinician to assume a leadership position within our Positive Behaviour Support teams in North and South Perth. As Team Lead, you will provide strategic guidance and support to Behaviour Support Practitioners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet and exceed established standards.

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience working with diverse client groups across various settings, as well as expertise in clinical supervision. They will demonstrate strong operational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to maintain a high level of professionalism in a collaborative work environment.

This senior role involves leading and supporting high-performing teams, providing targeted training and development opportunities to enhance role capabilities, and contributing to the growth and evolution of the team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to balance remote work with community engagement, allowing for greater flexibility and work-life balance.

About You:

  • Proficiency at the Proficient or Advanced level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner is essential.
  • Considerable experience providing support to individuals with challenging behaviours (professionally and/or personally) is crucial.
  • Significant experience in delivering positive behaviour supports.
  • Ability to demonstrate current, evidence-based clinical skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication (written and verbal), and problem-solving skills.
