About this role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in the medical devices industry, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in people's lives.

As a Territory Business Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) products to healthcare professionals and consumers.

Your primary goal will be to grow sales and improve customer satisfaction through direct consumer liaison and promotion.

You will also provide technical expertise and support to Healthcare Professionals and Consumers regarding our products.

To achieve this, you will need to network with senior internal and external colleagues, identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Influencing physicians, diabetes education nurses, and other health care professionals to prescribe our products
  • Training healthcare professionals in using our products and integrating them into their diabetes practice
  • Representing us at local, regional, and national trade shows and diabetes exhibits to promote our products
  • Partnering with other departments to facilitate territory sales growth
  • Implementing our strategy and monitoring progress towards sales goal achievement

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

You will need to have a full understanding of the area of specialization, resolving complex issues creatively and demonstrating further technical development and a track record of project success.

We are looking for someone who can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate travel and other activities, and maintain accurate records.
