We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team. This is a flexible part-time role based at our office, with occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support, including correspondence, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Manage travel arrangements, rosters, client billing, and financial documentation.
  • Maintain and secure office files and records.
  • Support scheduling, staff timesheets, and reporting processes within relevant systems.
  • Provide information and assistance to clients and stakeholders with a high level of professionalism.
  • Work collaboratively to support culturally inclusive practices, particularly for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, young people, families, and communities.
  • Contribute to a safe, supportive, and efficient working environment aligned with our values and Sanctuary Model of Care.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Business (or equivalent).
  • Minimum two years' experience in administration, secretarial, or clerical roles.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Well-developed organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • Ability to obtain (or hold) a National Police Check, Working with Children Blue Card, and LCS Check (where required).
