Global Pharmaceutical Legal Advisor

Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned legal advisor to join our global team. As a key member of our legal function, you will provide sound commercial advice to ensure the business meets its compliance obligations.
About the Role: You will report directly to the Legal Director and work closely with various stakeholders to provide pragmatic advice on commercial agreements, risk mitigation, and compliance matters.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal drafting and negotiation services for commercial agreements
- Liaise with external counsel on competition and trademark/patent matters
- Implement and manage the company's compliance framework, including global policies and procedures
- Ensure adherence to local industry codes and requirements when engaging with public, patients, and doctors
Requirements:
- 5+ years of PQE commercial law experience
- Strong drafting skills
- Ability to think commercially
- Good level of confidence
