Key Responsibilities:- Approve and release shipments for distribution under supervision. Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate, schedule, and execute relabelling and Good Manufacturing Practices-related activities while maintaining compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
- Provide training on Good Manufacturing Practices processes, relabelling, and operational systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Oversee product status changes (e.g., quarantines, expired stock) and ensure systematic accuracy.
- Participate in emergency response rosters for temperature-controlled product concerns.
- Work in temperature-controlled environments, including +15 to +25°C, +2 to +8°C, and -20 to -30°C.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and actively participate in stock control and balance sheet processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent training in pharmaceutical services or Health Science.
- Minimum 5 years of logistics experience in the pharmaceutical sector, particularly with GMP environments handling labelling and secondary packaging.
- Proven experience in relabelling, GMP environments, and managing batch records.
- Ability to lift up to 20kg safely, following manual handling training.
