Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Employment Consultant to join our team.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing holistic services that help them overcome barriers and secure sustainable employment.

Our ideal candidate will be someone who is able to build positive relationships with local employers and community groups, while also developing tailored plans for our clients to create successful pathways for employment.

The role involves empowering our clients by positively developing and enhancing their employability skills to find meaningful employment and provide support to employers and participants.

You will also deliver a quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children's check
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
