Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join an experienced and established team on a $100M project located at Southport. The project has just commenced, and our aim is to grow our Gold Coast presence with many projects on the coast after this one.

This is a 2-year project that requires a skilled and experienced professional to manage contracts and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A construction degree or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience working with a well-known builder in the Tier 1, Tier 2 space
  • Experience on projects valued over $60M
  • At least 10 years of industry experience with a stable career history
  • An ability to work effectively as part of a team

Estimated Salary Range

">

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
