Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced career development professional to deliver assessments, training, and support services that empower individuals to become more competitive in their local labour market.

The successful candidate will provide individualised career pathway plans using specialised career assessment tools and formulate strategies to secure employment. Building relationships, networking, and promoting services will be essential in supporting participants to achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a background in training, career counselling, and/or development. A Certificate IV Training and Assessment or completion thereof is desirable.
This role involves servicing clients across Launceston and Devonport, with flexibility to be based at either location. The successful candidate will need to be available to work full-time Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 5pm.
To be considered, you must be eligible to work in Australia, hold a current driver's licence, and have a comprehensively insured vehicle. A willingness to complete a Criminal History Check and pass a Working with Children Check is also required.
