A day in this role may include:
- Encouraging and motivating clients to find their own employment;
- BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH LOCAL EMPLOYERS TO SOURCE JOB OPPORTUNITIES;
- PLACING CLIENTS INTO SUSTAINABLE EMPLOYMENT;
- ENSURING ALL ACTIVITY IS RECORDED, DOCUMENTED, AND ADHERES TO COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS;
- PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS.
This is an on-site position, requiring a compassionate and tenacious individual who wants to promote human potential.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or a client-facing role, be happy and confident in liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders, and have the ability to work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and make placements that result in lasting employment.
