  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Encourage and motivate clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Place clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Evaluate and improve our services to meet client needs;
  • Ensure our clients, employers and stakeholders receive excellent service throughout the process.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a compassionate, tenacious individual who wants to promote human potential through creative problem-solving and collaboration.

A successful candidate will be driven to make a real difference in clients' lives through employment.

They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A strong understanding of the social model of disability and relevant legislation is essential.

In addition, they will have experience in building relationships with local employers and a proven track record of achieving successful employment outcomes.
