Recruitment Partner Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Partner to join our team in Launceston and West and North West Coast regions. As a Recruitment Partner, you will be responsible for building close relationships with local employers, understanding their workforce needs, and supporting them to hire more people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support employers in the Launceston and West and North West Coast regions in collaboration with local teams
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the local labour market and emerging industries
  • Proactively identify and develop new employer relationships
  • Help employers adapt their processes or roles to accommodate candidates with specific needs
  • Engage job-ready candidates and match them with employers through referrals, job carving, and reverse marketing
  • Work closely with Employment Consultants and Ongoing Support Consultants to build opportunities in relevant industries and provide post-placement support to participants and their employers
  • Achieve or exceed all KPIs and apply an outcome-focused approach to the role

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in areas such as Employment Services, Community Services, or other relevant fields
  • Previous experience in employment services, including advanced barrier management, reverse marketing, placement of candidates into employment, and provision of post-placement support
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, account management, or sales
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Working knowledge of local employers and their recruitment demands
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with various stakeholders through different methods
  • Performance-focused mindset and proven experience achieving business targets and KPIs
  • Must hold a Driver's License as travel throughout the region will be required
