About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cellar Manager to join our team at Parramatta Leagues Club. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for leading a small team and overseeing the efficient operation of our cellar and stock control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a small team, providing effective feedback, training, leadership, support, and growth opportunities.
  • Oversee stock levels and replenishment of all outlets to ensure optimum levels.
  • Collaborate with departments and venue managers to plan inventory.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable working environment for employees in the Cellar, adhering to WHS standards and club policies.
  • Carry out Cellar operations tasks, including accepting and checking deliveries, changing kegs, beer line cleaning, and restocking bars.
  • Implement and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Assist the Stock Controller with ad-hoc duties when required.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
About You
  • Experience in a similar leadership role in Cellar Operations, Logistics, Warehousing, or Head Storemen.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a small, tight-knit team.
  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures and WHS standards.
  • Hospitality industry experience is desirable.
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekend work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • RSA and RCG qualifications.
  • Forklift Licence.
