About the Role

Making a meaningful difference in someone's life can be as simple as spending time with them. As a Community Social Visit Volunteer, you will have the opportunity to form lasting connections with seniors who are lonely or isolated.

We are looking for kind-hearted individuals who enjoy taking gentle walks and engaging in conversation. Your company could bring great joy and improve the quality of life for our clients.

What to Expect

We are seeking volunteers who can commit to regular visits, lasting approximately one hour between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Sunday.

The frequency of visits will depend on your availability and what suits you best.

Befores starting, you will be required to undergo a National Police Check arranged and paid for by us, and a Working with Vulnerable people check.

We are a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government, working to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.
