Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Instant Return Representative to join our exceptional team, providing exceptional customer service and sales services to internal and external customers to ensure the continued growth and profitability of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience upon return of rental vehicles
  • Inspecting returned vehicles for damage and utilising mini-computer systems for processing rental returns
  • Courteously and expeditiously processing rental returns while promoting Hertz rental options to valued customers
  • Ensuring overall customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

To be successful in this position, candidates will require the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude with the ability to engage in verbal interaction with customers
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales; experience in the rental industry preferred
  • Computer literacy skills required
  • Flexibility of working hours, including weekends and public holidays, may apply
  • A full and current Australian driver's license with the ability to drive automatic vehicles
