Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing outstanding support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean store environment and ensure merchandise is presented in an appealing manner
- Receive and unload new shipments
- Determine customer needs and wants and suggest and display relevant items
- Adhere to company guidelines and procedures
- Receiving, unpacking, and correct placement of stock throughout the store
- Collaborate with fellow staff to achieve duties and responsibilities
About You:
- Previous experience within the retail or customer service industry preferred
- Possess passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Able to work unsupervised to a high standard with a willingness to accept responsibility
- Previous experience in working within a fast-paced working environment
- Humility to work effectively as part of a team within a hopeful and vibrant team culture
- Exceptional attention to detail
