Customer Service Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive a high level of service and support.
The role primarily involves working within the customer services team, but may also include activities in other areas of the business. Typical responsibilities include:
- Providing high-level customer service in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
- Implementing operational delays and disruptions procedures
- Performing all operational requirements relating to departing aircraft
- Operating on departure control systems and remaining informed and compliant with airline procedures and systems
- Providing exceptional customer service standards in all activities related to customer service
- Significant experience in an airport ground handling environment
- Knowledge of airport service standards
- Demonstrated understanding of customer recovery techniques
- Ability to proactively seek resolution and solutions for operational and customer issues
- High standard of personal presentation as per corporate uniform policy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
