About this role

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive business development in Australia. As Head of Business Development, you will play a critical role in building a sustainable, diverse, and differentiated portfolio and pipeline through on-market/late stage branded dispensary and OTC assets.

Key responsibilities include managing the business development function, analyzing records of operations, trends, costs, realized revenues, estimated revenues, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred to project future revenues, expenditures, and net income.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience within the proprietary products space, particularly bringing those products to the local Australian market.

They will also be responsible for monitoring contractual obligations and compliance, leading efforts to resolve resulting issues, and initiating, managing, and negotiating new contracts, renewals, amendments, and terminations inclusive of all partnerships.

A key requirement of this position is the ability to build strong and effective relationships, and be highly motivated and collaborative, particularly within the Senior Leadership Team and critical cross-functional stakeholders.
