Data Management and Quality Assurance Role

This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain data management and quality assurance systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining technical documentation, records, and baselines;
  • Ensuring the continued quality, compliance, and consistency of data and processes;
  • Participating in the identification, registration, development, review, approval, and release of data and baselines;
  • Developing and delivering configuration management deliverables and activities;
  • Administering and participating in configuration control boards and design reviews;
  • Coodinating customer and subcontractor data deliverables;
  • Administering and participating in quality management meetings and reviews;
  • Coordinting QMS operations and Internal Audit program;
  • Contributing to project status dashboards;

Requirements include:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in DM, CM, and/or Quality Management;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively;
  • Desirable: Experience working with engineering tools such as ARAS Innovator, Sharepoint, JIRA, DOORS;
  • Formal Data, Configuration and/or Quality training/certification;
  • Knowledge of industry data, configuration, and quality management standards;
  • Previous experience working on defence projects;

This is a challenging role that requires strong collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
