Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact on the quality of our data and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors, and implementing process improvements to enhance our data management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality check data for payroll and invoicing to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain and update data across the company to ensure efficiency in operations and compliance with quality standards
  • Create and complete accurate reports for monitoring and analysis
  • Develop reports to support revenue growth and business initiatives
  • Identify issues for continuous improvement and implement process changes as needed

Requirements:

  • Cert IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping (or similar) and/or 3+ years relevant experience
  • Sound understanding of the NDIS pricing framework and claiming processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and confidentiality
  • Advanced computer skills in MS office
  • Good mathematical and financial data management skills
  • Sound decision-making skills based on accurate and timely analyses
