As a Field Services Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our field teams. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our personnel, coordinating tasks and schedules, and ensuring that all necessary resources are available to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

">

- Assist stakeholders with quote preparation and provision of timely quotations.
- Mentor and support field personnel in their daily activities.
- Prepare and provide reports as requested by management.
- Ensure accurate timesheet entry in the system.
- Contribute to training needs assessments for the team.

Assistance in Team Management:

">

- Coordinate and schedule general duties of Thermal Customer Engineers and subcontractors with supervisors.
- Ensure Customer Engineers have calibrated tools, personal protective equipment, and necessary documentation.
- Respond to customer requests for minor quotation or service advice within a timely manner.
- Complete follow-ups generated by Customer Engineers with supervisors.
- Provide technical assistance to Customer Engineers and supervisors with complex problems.
- Participate in after-hours call-out roster where possible.
- Conduct quality audits for Customer Engineers according to company policy.
- Act as Service Project Manager for large project startups or maintenances.
- Engage in company development training programs.

- Remain aware of Sales & Service opportunities for the company and report them to management.
- Ensure the Sales Department is informed about new sales opportunities and prospects, working closely with them to achieve business goals.

- Adhere to Work, Health & Safety, Environment, and Quality obligationsActively promote safety in the workplace**Requirements:**

- Mechanical Trade Certificate (state dependant)
- Restricted Electrical Licence
- Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Technical knowledge - data centres, telecom, commercial & industrial or similar industries (highly regarded)
- Proven track record within the Air - Conditioning or other precision cooling industry as a service technician
- Thermal controls & Networking knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
