Job Description

This role involves supporting the Field Services department and leadership team by performing administrative tasks under general supervision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate records of staff rosters, including leave planning and attendance.
  • Coordinating meetings and events for the field operations team.
  • Managing the delivery of materials and equipment to site.
  • Providing administrative support for stakeholder meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and action items.
  • Tracking and maintaining registers for mobile phones, vehicle servicing, and assets provided to technicians.
  • Analyzing data from Service-Now to identify potential cost recovery opportunities related to vandalism equipment.
  • Scheduling preventative maintenance for the field services team.
  • Liaising with the Service Desk and Dispatch teams as required.
  • Coordinating vehicle stocktaking audits.
  • Communicating changes in technical information, WHS issues, and other important updates to stakeholders.
  • Assisting management with annual SLA and KPI performance reporting.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Two years' experience in an administration-based role.
  • Experience in managing staff rosters, including leave planning and attendance.
  • Strong coordination and administration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to negotiate and communicate with vendors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
