The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the scheduling and dispatching of field service technicians to customer sites.

  • Coordinate and optimize the scheduling of field service technicians based on geographic location, skills, and urgency of service requests.
  • Monitor real-time field activities and adjust schedules as necessary to meet customer needs.
  • Communicate job details to field technicians accurately and promptly.
  • Optimize routes and schedules to minimize travel time and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with field technicians and other relevant departments to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently schedule and dispatch field service technicians based on their skills and availability.
  • Monitor and analyze real-time data to identify areas for improvement in scheduling and dispatching.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with field technicians and other stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to ensure optimal results.
