  • Breach Management: Investigate incidents and breaches, providing feedback and sign-off as required.
  • Regulatory Support: Provide expertise on projects and initiatives to ensure adherence to legislation, regulations, and prudential standards.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years' experience: In financial services compliance, with knowledge of financial products and business processes.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Experience with and understanding of financial services regulations, including RG 146.
  • Risk and Compliance Frameworks: Strong knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks, with the ability to apply them in a practical setting.
  • Critical Thinking: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Personal Integrity: A high level of personal integrity, with the ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
