The role of Account Executive at Kainos involves building business through establishing and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities. This will involve forecasting future revenue to achieve sales targets.
As an experienced professional in the field, you will be responsible for developing new business by forging into new accounts and expanding existing relationships. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to grow the business.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Forecast future revenue and maintain predictability of future revenue.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers using a consultative selling approach.
- Lead prospects through the full customer lifecycle by applying effective project methodologies.
- Develop and strengthen partnerships to position Kainos as a go-to partner.
- Negotiate and manage senior stakeholders.
- Act as an external ambassador for Kainos, promoting its culture, values and behaviours.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong domain knowledge or ERP experience.
- Based in Sydney or Melbourne.
- Proven track record of delivering against targets.
- Ability to communicate and present credibly at all levels.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Broad technology experience and awareness of technology trends.
- Solid understanding of digital services concepts.
- Ability to work in a competitive environment and make sound decisions.
