We're seeking an experienced Claims Specialist to provide expert guidance and support to Defence personnel and their families.

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals navigate complex claims processes, ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients on various claims, including pensions and benefits
  • Assist clients throughout the application process with relevant government departments
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
  • Compensation Advocate qualification or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of defence-related illnesses and conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
