Claims Officer Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Timely processing of outcome and progress payment claims
  • Providing coaching, advice, and mentorship to staff in claims processing
  • Analysing data and results to optimise performance
  • Assisting with report preparation
  • Interpreting and applying processes, policies, and guidelines
  • Collaborating with staff to find solution-focused approaches to achieve claims
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High-level data entry skills, numeracy, and attention to detail
  • Building relationships with all staff across the organisation
  • Prioritising workload to meet strict timeframes
  • Solid Excel skills for managing data and creating clear reports
  • Ability to analyse documentation to ensure alignment with guidelines
